**Join Our Dynamic Inpatient Rehab Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Corpus Christi, TX - **Address:** 3315 South Alameda St. - **Floor:** 3S **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 15 - **Staffing:** 18 members total - **Day Shift:** 1 charge nurse, 2 RNs, 1 CNA - **Night Shift:** 1 charge nurse, 2 RNs, 1 CNA - **Patient Ratios:** 5:1, max 6:1 - **Equipment:** VS machines, transfer equipment (hoyer lift, sliding boards), EKG, bladder scanner, etc. - **EMR System:** Meditech, Pyxis **What We’re Looking For:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - Transfer training - EMR proficiency - **Preferred Skills:** - Rehab experience - Rehab scoring documentation **Typical Procedures:** - Patient transfers - Bladder scans - Dressing changes - Medication administration **Best Personality Fit:** - Strong teamwork ethic - Proactive and self-initiated **Required Certifications:** - BLS - RN Licensure **Floating Areas (if applicable):** - Med-Surge - Telemetry - Renal - Urology - Orthopedic - Overflow Units (between hospitals) (Note: Excludes ICU) **Dress Code:** - Scrub colors/attire: N/A **Unit Guidelines/Policies:** - Bedside report/handoff - Hourly rounding - Ensure bed alarm activation **Work Schedule:** - Every other weekend - Holidays required - On-call: seldom **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
