Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Psych
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, Weekend rotation: Every third weekend, No call, Holiday Expectations: Based on scheduled days from facility
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- KY License
- 1 Year experience
- Minimum 6 months experience
- BLS
- CPI obtained on site (physical intervention program, requires transitioning patient from standing to seated, seated to supine)
Other Details:
- Must have Comfortable with physical holds is a must, verbal deescalation the gold standard, seclusion and or mechanical restraints if indicated for safety
- Must have Deescalation, IM injections
- Must have Recognizing increased agitation proactively o Manage multiple escalated patients at the same time o Manage multiple events of s/r at the same time
- Could float to children to adults, anywhere through facility.
- Beds: 17 total, 10 beds high acuity patients with intellectual disabilities, 7 beds high acuity females
- Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue
