Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing – Lewiston, ME 04240

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Lewiston, Maine

Schedule: Day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), 13-week assignment

Highlights:

• Provide compassionate care in specialized long-term care and skilled nursing rehabilitation units
• Work with diverse patient populations including Alzheimer's/dementia residents and short-term rehabilitation patients
• Gain experience in specialized care including IV therapy, wound care, and geriatric assessment
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, home-like environment
• Opportunity to work across multiple units including a 31-bed specialized dementia unit, 42-bed transitional rehabilitation unit, and 42-bed long-term care unit

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Valid Maine RN license or Compact State RN license
• 1-3 years of previous RN experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal techniques
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred
• Flexibility to float to other units as needed and provide coverage across all shifts
• Must reside outside of a 50-mile radius from the location
• Clean licensure and background check required
