What We're Looking For

• Active RN license in Alabama or Compact state

• No temporary licenses accepted

• ADN or higher

• AHA BLS or Red Cross BLS

• 2 years of RN experience preferred

• Candidates with 18 months of experience may be considered with at least 1 year of recent specialty experience

• Recent PCU, Step Down, IMC, Med Surg or Tele experience

• Comfortable floating to other units and hospitals

• Strong telemetry and acute-care skills

• Able to work every other weekend and holidays as required

Important RTO Requirement

• Holiday RTO is not permitted

• Maximum 7 days of RTO during the 13-week contract

• RTO must be non-consecutive
