Description
HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN OB/GYN for a travel nursing job in Washington, District of Columbia.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: OB/GYN

- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, rotating

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Postpartum / Mother Baby
Shift: Days – 3 × 12-hour shifts
Location Requirement: Candidate must live 50 miles or more from the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the applicable state.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Minimum 2 years of Postpartum/Mother Baby nursing experience.
- Postpartum/Mother Baby experience is required (Labor & Delivery experience alone is not acceptable).
- Verified Cerner EMR experience is required.
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required.
- BSN is highly preferred.
Key Requirements
- Must have recent Postpartum/Mother Baby experience.
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility.
- Experience caring for postpartum mothers, newborns, C-section patients, and GYN surgery patients.
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
