Job Requirements

• Active Florida RN license or active multistate RN license
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Stroke experience must be included with submission
• AHCA requirements must be met for Florida travel nursing assignments

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care to adult Med/Surg patients with a focus on stroke-related needs
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and communicate findings promptly to the interdisciplinary care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical support staff to promote positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a dynamic night-shift hospital environment
