Summary:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- This is the Night Shift Job that starts at 19:00 to 07:30 Hours .
- Need Licensed Travel RN registered with Wisconsin Board of Nursing, Basic Life Support (BLS Certification).

Roles & Responsabilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- EOW; EOH; PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience required; may need to float to sites within 40 miles if needed
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of Experience as a Travel Regist er Nurse.
Required Skills:

Certifications & Clearance Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- National Institute of Health (NIH).
