Avani Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Fort Defiance, Arizona.
QUICK OFFER POSITION
Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years of recent Med Surg experience – Required
*1-year pediatric experience required, MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH BOTH ADULT AND PEDIATRIC PATIENTS.
*AHA - BLS, ACLS, PALS certification – Required
*TX state license or compact license – Required
*Shift: Days/Nights available, 36 hours per week (3 days per week)
*Plus, up to 1 on-call shift/week. Must be flexible and open to days, weekends, and holidays as needed. Maximum of two (2) Shift Call offs. RTOs for Thanksgiving and Christmas will not be acceptable.
*No locals (50-mile radius rule)
