**Exciting Opportunity: RN - Medical Surgical/Neuro - Nights!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team in a 20-bed Neuro Med/Surg unit with a patient ratio of 6:1. - Collaborate with dedicated unit secretaries available 7a-7p and tech support on both day and night shifts. - Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including IV Pumps, Telemetry, Continuous Pulse Ox Machines, PCA, and more! - Document patient care efficiently using the Meditech system. - Enjoy flexible scheduling with 3 twelve-hour shifts per week and 2 weekends (4 shifts) within a 4-week schedule. - Experience a floating policy that prioritizes contract labor while ensuring staff are floated by rotation when multiple are scheduled. - Provide compassionate and attentive care, ensuring patients and families are included in their plan of care through bedside shift reports. **Must-Have Qualifications:** - Active RN license. - BLS certification. - Med/Surg experience with the ability to prioritize and multitask. - Skills in starting IVs, basic wound care, and maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes. **Additional Information:** - Dress Code: Navy scrubs, tops, and bottoms. - Thriving atmosphere with a team committed to excellence in patient care. - Connect with experienced staff using the latest technology to enhance patient care. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
