Join a leading healthcare provider as a Long-Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse in Beaver Dam, WI. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

As an LTC Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Your role will include:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Conducting assessments and monitoring patient conditions.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Utilizing Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR) and AIDET communication techniques.
Performing hourly rounding to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.

Requirements for this position include:

Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
BLS certification (AHA only).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care.
Ability to work evening shifts with every other weekend rotation and some holidays.

This position features a nurse-to-resident ratio of 1:20, with 1 RN per hall and a med tech per hall, ensuring that you can provide the best care possible.
