Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry or comparable acute care nursing experience required
• Experience in a 600+ bed academic hospital preferred
• Epic electronic health record (EHR) experience required
• Ability to complete competency testing within 24 hours of submission
• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts in a busy hospital environment
• Navy blue scrubs required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care as a Med/Surg Telemetry RN
• Monitor telemetry, assess patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and complete accurate clinical documentation in Epic
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Float to related units as needed based on patient care needs
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented approach while supporting a high standard of care
