Job Description:

The RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) is responsible for assisting surgeons during operative and invasive procedures. They provide patient care and facilitate an optimal working environment in the operating room.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeon during operative and invasive procedures.
  • Ensure sterility and proper function of all surgical preparations and implements.

Requirements:

  • ACLS, BLS (AHA), Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) via CCI Certificate
  • License to practice in the state of California
