Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN Care Coordinator for a Case Management/Utilization Review position requiring an active MA RN license and Epic charting experience.

Details

  • Works within the CCM Nursing unit coordinating care across the episode of illness from pre-admission to post-discharge
  • Manages a caseload of patients, applying assessment, care guidelines, protocols, and payer regulations to support clinical and financial outcomes
  • Day shift schedule from 07:00-15:30
  • Uses Epic for charting
  • 13-week assignment

Requirements

  • Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
  • AHA-issued certifications only
  • Primary source verification of license/certification required within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration (NURSYS and BON verification required)
  • Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions
  • Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

  • Coordinates care prescribed by an interdisciplinary team and mobilizes resources to maximize efficiency of care delivery
  • Participates in ongoing evaluation of practice patterns to support quality, cost, and satisfaction outcomes
  • Accepts local candidates residing within 60 miles of Boston, MA at a reduced rate
  • RTO must be disclosed prior to consideration
