POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES Case Manager for Med/Surg and ICU Units
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years experience working in Utilization review and discharge planning, EPIC experience, Compact or OH RN License in hand
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in CAH or Community Hospitals
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 32 hours per week - 4 8's 7:00 - 3:304 8hr shifts but can be flexible for good candidate
