Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager requiring 2+ years of Case Management experience and a FL or compact RN license.

Details

  • Hospital-based Case Management/Utilization Review position
  • 8-hour day shifts from 0800 to 1630, 5 shifts per week
  • Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float first, potentially to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of each other
  • No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

  • Active FL or compact RN license with Nursys verification required
  • BLS certification required
  • 2+ years of Case Management experience required
  • Care Management certification (ACM or CCM) preferred
  • Nursing degree accreditation documentation required

Additional Information

  • Must reside within a 50 mile radius of the facility, with strict enforcement including property ownership verification
  • Candidates must secure full-time housing in the area rather than commuting from outside the radius
  • No block scheduling requests accommodated
  • All RTO must be submitted upfront and will not be approved after submission
  • Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit for badge/ID
  • Candidates must function as core staff and integrate into unit culture
  • Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date with no exceptions for pending documents
  • Interview process includes an HWL prescreen interview followed by a final interview with the hiring manager
