Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager with 2+ years of Case Management experience for a 12-hour evening shift position requiring FL or compact RN licensure.

Details

  • 12-hour evening shifts, 3 shifts per week
  • Shift hours from 11A to 11:30P
  • 36 guaranteed hours weekly
  • No on-call requirements
  • Floating required to sister campuses as needed, with travelers prioritized for floating

Requirements

  • Active FL or compact RN license required, with Nursys verification on profile
  • BLS certification required
  • Care Management certification (ACM or CCM) preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required
  • Degree accreditation documentation must be on profile
  • Driver's license address must match the address on file with the Board of Nursing

Additional Information

  • Perform case management and utilization review duties within a hospital setting
  • Must reside within a 50 mile radius of the facility, strictly enforced
  • Candidates must not own or cosign property within the 50 mile radius
  • All requested time off must be submitted upfront, as RTO will not be approved after submission
  • Orientation begins on a Friday with remote components, requiring in-person attendance for badge and ID
  • Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documentation
  • Strong team-oriented culture where travelers are expected to integrate and function as core staff
  • Interview process includes an HWL prescreen interview followed by a manager final interview
