Position: Case Manager / Utilization Review (CM/UR) Facility: OSF HealthCare Department: Case Management Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Hours: 40 hours/week Contract: 13 weeks (confirm duration) EMR:

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Active Illinois RN license, LSW license, or LCSW license.
BLS (AHA).
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of acute and post-acute levels of care and available resources.
