Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment with an active NC or compact RN license required.

Details

• Care Management department in a large 815-bed hospital setting
• Serves the region's Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and Level III NICU
• Patient ratio of 1:40
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Self-scheduling required
• Floating required to areas of need throughout the hospital
• Uses Cerner, NATE, and Ensocare documentation systems

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to shift attention between multiple tasks
• Ability to build trust with team members, patients, and families
• Business attire required for dress code
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
• One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri)
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Collaborate closely with the RN Case Management team to coordinate patient care
