Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Case Management role requiring prior case management experience and a NC or compact RN license.

Details

  • Care Management unit within a large 815-bed hospital
  • Patient ratio of 1:40
  • Uses Cerner, NATE, and EnsoCare (post-acute) documentation systems
  • Self-scheduling with rotating weekdays, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift
  • Floating may be required based on departmental needs
  • Works collaboratively with the RN Case Management team

Requirements

  • Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to shift attention between tasks effectively
  • Ability to build trust with team members, patients, and families
  • No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
  • US SSN and DOB required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted)

Additional Information

  • Supportive leadership and a strong team-oriented environment
  • Business attire required as dress code
  • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
  • Local candidates not considered for this position
