Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse Care Manager – York, ME 03909

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: York, Maine

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Weekend and holiday rotation required. No call.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience in medical/surgical nursing, home care, hospital case management, or utilization review
  • Utilization review and discharge planning experience required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • CCM or ACM certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with electronic health systems
