Contract | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Minimum 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services during overnight shifts in an acute care setting
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions and disorders
- Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and other respiratory equipment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Rotate every other weekend and every other holiday as required
Required Qualifications
- Active CRT or RRT certification required
- Active Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license required
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
- No on-call requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an acute care or hospital-based respiratory therapy setting
- Proficiency with mechanical ventilation and advanced airway management
