NICU Respiratory Therapist
LocationWesterville, OH
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Part-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Thursday, no weekends) | 24 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory therapy care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting
- Monitor and manage ventilatory support and respiratory equipment for neonatal patients
- Assess and document patient respiratory status and response to treatment
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
- Respond to respiratory emergencies and provide life-support interventions as needed
Required Qualifications- Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Ohio
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Experience in a NICU or neonatal respiratory care environment
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- NPS (Neonatal Pediatric Specialist) credential preferred
- Experience with high-frequency ventilation and neonatal respiratory management
