Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a short-term acute care, Level III Trauma Center environment
• Float between units as needed to support patient care across the facility
• Deliver care across varying patient ratios depending on unit and census demands
• Document patient care and clinical information using Epic EMR
• Participate in holiday coverage, with an expectation to work 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as operationally required

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Valid Washington State license — must be in hand at time of submission
• PALS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience required
• Must commit to all scheduling and RTO requests being submitted upfront at time of submittal
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals may be considered at a different rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred
• Prior experience working in an acute care or trauma center setting
• Familiarity with Epic EMR charting system
