    Job Title

    Travel Respiratory Therapist – RRT (Night Shift)

    Location

    Vidalia, Georgia

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Minimum every other weekend required; block scheduling (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) considered

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform and manage arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and interpretation, oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and CPT vest therapy
    • Manage mechanical ventilation using Hamilton C6 and PB 980 ventilators, as well as BiPAP (V60), Vapotherm, Airvo, High-Flow, and Bubble CPAP equipment
    • Provide respiratory care across multiple units including ICU, PCU, Medical-Surgical, Emergency Department, and LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum)
    • Conduct home oxygen qualifications and perform EKGs as needed
    • Document all patient care activities accurately using Meditech Expanse electronic health record system
    • Adhere to patient experience standards (AIDET) and collaborate within a team of 2–3 therapists per shift
    Required Qualifications
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
    • Current licensure as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
    • Active credentialed membership with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical respiratory therapy experience
    • Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with Hamilton C6 and/or PB 980 ventilators in an acute care setting
    • Familiarity with Meditech Expanse documentation platform
    • Experience working across multi-unit environments including ICU, ED, and LDRP simultaneously
