Contract | Full-Time | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week | Weekend rotation included
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct respiratory therapy services to patients across assigned units during night shift hours
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing disorders and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Administer respiratory treatments including mechanical ventilation, aerosol therapy, and oxygen therapy
- Collaborate with the clinical care team to develop and adjust individualized patient treatment plans
- Participate in weekend rotation as part of the standard scheduling requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Respiratory Therapist license or certification required
- CRT or RRT credential required
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with weekend rotation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an acute care or hospital setting
- Familiarity with mechanical ventilation management
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary team collaboration skills
