    Job Title

    Travel – Registered Respiratory Therapist (Night Shift)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Minimum three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends

    Key Responsibilities
    • Administer aerosol treatments and manage Bipap and mechanical ventilator therapy across inpatient units
    • Rotate through all inpatient floors, including two 10-bed ICUs, delivering care at the top of licensure
    • Perform and assist with advanced procedures including intubation, arterial line insertion, and bedside bronchoscopy assist
    • Utilize equipment such as Puritan Bennett 980 ventilators, Vapotherm, Phillips V60+, and Siemens EPOC bedside ABG analyzers
    • Participate in daily interdisciplinary nursing unit rounding and collaborate with multiple care teams
    • Document patient care using the Meditech electronic documentation system and apply AIDET patient experience standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy
    • Experience in ICU, ER, and critical adult care settings; Level 2 NICU and pediatric experience within scope
    • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
    • Proficiency with ventilator management and Bipap management
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with Meditech documentation system
    • Familiarity with AIDET communication framework in a patient care setting
    • Background in rotating across diverse inpatient units within an acute-care hospital environment
