    Registered Respiratory Therapist (Travel Contract)

    Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Minimum of three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends | Projected Start: September 21, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform aerosol treatments, BiPAP management, and ventilator management across inpatient units
    • Rotate throughout all inpatient floors including two 10-bed ICUs, working at the top of licensure
    • Perform advanced procedures including intubation, arterial line insertion, and bedside bronchoscopy assist
    • Participate in daily interdisciplinary nursing unit rounding to enhance patient care
    • Utilize equipment including Puritan Bennett 980 ventilators, Vapotherm, Philips V60+, and Siemens EPOC bedside ABG analyzers
    • Document clinical activity using the Meditech documentation system and adhere to patient experience standards including AIDET
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
    • Strong proficiency in critical care and emergency care settings
    • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP
    • Ability to rotate throughout all inpatient units as needed per floating policy
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in an ICU or high-acuity acute care environment
    • Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation systems
    • Experience with advanced respiratory equipment such as Vapotherm, BiPAP, and high-end ventilators
