    Job Title

    Registered Respiratory Therapist – 36 Hours, Nights & Every Other Weekend

    Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend | Straight Nights; Day position may rotate to 11a–11p when needed

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple care areas including ICU, Med/Surg floors, ED, Labor and Delivery, and a Level 2B Nursery within a 371-licensed-bed acute care facility
    • Operate and manage mechanical ventilators, including the PB980 Ventilator and Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilator
    • Perform arterial blood gas draws as part of routine patient assessment and monitoring
    • Document patient care and clinical findings using the EPIC EMR system
    • Collaborate within a structured staffing model (up to 5 RTs per shift during days and evenings, 4 on nights) supporting ICU and Med/Surg assignments
    Required Qualifications
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
    • Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License required
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a single acute care location, or 1–2 years of travel experience
    • Demonstrated ventilator experience in an acute care setting
    • Ability to draw arterial blood gases
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in an ICU environment, including familiarity with high-acuity ventilator-dependent patients
    • Prior experience with EPIC EMR charting system
    • Travel therapy experience in an acute care hospital setting
