Contract | 36 Hours per Week | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend
Key Responsibilities
Provide respiratory therapy services across ICU and Med/Surg floors within an acute care setting
Operate and manage mechanical ventilators including PB980 and Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilator
Perform arterial blood gas draws and interpret results to guide patient care
Document patient care and clinical findings using EPIC EMR
Work straight night shifts, supporting a team of 4 Respiratory Therapists on the night shift
Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
Minimum 2 years of experience in a single acute care setting, or 1–2 years of travel experience
Demonstrated ventilator management experience in an acute care environment
Proficiency with arterial blood gas collection
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience with EPIC EMR charting system
Familiarity with PB980 and/or Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilator
Experience working in a high-acuity ICU environment
