Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across assigned units, with potential floating between units based on facility need
• Deliver patient care in accordance with hospital acuity-based staffing ratios
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage (every other weekend per CBA)
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required facility modules prior to start and during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Valid state license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard travel candidate (locals may be considered under alternative terms)
• All time-off requests and specific scheduling needs must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a respiratory or neuro diagnostics setting
• Familiarity with acuity-based staffing environments and floating between units
• Prior travel contract experience in a hospital or acute care setting
