Contract | Rotating Shift (Days and Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple departments, with flexibility to float between units as needed
• Deliver specialized care in a Level 3 NICU and Level 2 Adult ICU setting
• Maintain patient care ratios in accordance with hospital acuity standards
• Participate in rotating day and night shifts, including every other weekend per collective bargaining agreement
• Complete required facility onboarding modules prior to start and annually thereafter

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• NICU Level III or IV experience — hard stop requirement
• Level 2 Adult ICU experience required
• Must be willing to work every other weekend and commit to 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity, multi-unit hospital environment
• Demonstrated flexibility with shift scheduling and willingness to float between sister facilities
