Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct respiratory therapy services to patients across assigned units
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing disorders and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Administer respiratory treatments including mechanical ventilation and airway management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities
• Adhere to facility attendance and scheduling policies, including a strict attendance policy requiring consistent shift presence

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active Michigan state respiratory therapy license required
• 2+ years of RRT experience required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• ACLS (AHA) certification required
• NRP certification required
• Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility may be subject to a local traveler rate adjustment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting
