    Job Title

    Respiratory Therapist – Certified (Travel Contract)

    Location

    Pasco, WA | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across a 25-bed unit within a Level IV Trauma facility offering a broad range of services including inpatient rehab, surgery, pediatrics, and urgent care
    • Assess, treat, and monitor patients requiring respiratory intervention across applicable patient populations
    • Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment in accordance with facility protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately within the electronic health record system
    • Adhere to all facility dress code and professional conduct standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Respiratory Therapist certification/licensure required
    • Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
    • No call requirements for this position
    • No float requirements for this position
    • Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in an acute care or inpatient hospital setting
    • Familiarity with a wide range of respiratory equipment and treatment modalities
    • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
