    Contract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite | Team Scheduling | Weekend and holiday rotation required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across all inpatient areas and floors, caring for a patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics
    • Perform EKGs, bedside bronchoscopies, and bedside spirometry as part of routine clinical duties
    • Operate and manage a variety of ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen delivery equipment
    • Float to different areas throughout the facility within the respiratory therapy capacity as needed
    • Collaborate closely with hospitalists, intensivists, nursing staff, and lead therapists across all shifts
    • Rotate weekends and holidays in alignment with permanent staff scheduling
    Required Qualifications
    • Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) credential required
    • Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
    • Recent Level 1 or Level 2 facility experience required
    • Proficiency with ventilator platforms including Drager, Servo I, and Carefusion, as well as BiPAP devices and high-flow systems
    • Strong time management, communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills essential for success in this role
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred
    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification preferred
    • Experience working with neonatal and pediatric patient populations in addition to adult care
