Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services within a hospital respiratory therapy department
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
- Administer therapeutic treatments including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and mechanical ventilation as indicated
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Active and unrestricted state licensure as required
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy or multi-site clinical experience
- Experience in an acute care or medical center environment
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills in fast-paced settings
