    Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Travel Contract (Nights)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct respiratory therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting during night shift hours
    • Perform and interpret diagnostic respiratory procedures and deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient respiratory care plans
    • Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately within the electronic health record system
    • Must be available to work designated holiday blocks, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's periods as scheduled
    • Complete an 8-hour non-billable facility orientation prior to beginning clinical duties
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) — CRTs will not be considered
    • Active Massachusetts RRT State License required
    • Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
    • Minimum of 3 years of current RRT clinical experience
    • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for this assignment
    • All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of profile submission — requests made after offer may result in a rescinded offer
    • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this assignment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system highly preferred
    • Active ACLS certification preferred
    • Active PALS certification preferred
