Contract (13 Weeks) | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:30–07:00) | Weekends Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide adult critical care and emergency department respiratory support
- Perform airway management, ventilator management, and bronchoscopy assisting
- Manage BiPAP and CPAP therapy for appropriate patient populations
- Conduct ABG sampling and interpretation
- Deliver all other modalities of respiratory care as indicated by patient need
- May float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed
Required Qualifications
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials required
- Active Ohio Respiratory Therapy license required
- BLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local; local rates apply
- Holiday RTO is limited — only 1 day surrounding 1 holiday may be requested
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
