Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services during night shift hours in an acute care environment
- Deliver patient assessments, treatments, and monitoring as directed by physician orders
- Administer and manage mechanical ventilation and airway management procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities
Required Qualifications
- Active Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility to practice in Vermont
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC preferred; CRT accepted
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts per week, including weekends and holidays
- Current BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute care or hospital setting
- Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care respiratory support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
