    Job Title

    Travel: Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist (3x12's - Days)

    Location

    Michigan City, Indiana

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 12-Week Assignment

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across ICU, Emergency Department, and all floor units within a 134-bed facility
    • Operate and manage ventilators and respiratory equipment including PB 980, V60, Airvo, and Aerogen devices
    • Assess, treat, and monitor patients across all patient populations requiring respiratory care
    • Work independently while adapting to varying patient ratios and unit needs
    • Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
    • Complete required hospital education modules and EPIC training prior to or upon start
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
    • Valid state respiratory therapy license
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
    • Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently across ICU, ED, and general floor settings
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with high-acuity ICU and Emergency Department patient populations
    • Proficiency with EPIC EMR or ability to test out of EPIC training
    • Adaptable, easygoing personality with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
