Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct respiratory therapy care to patients in an acute-care hospital setting
- Perform and manage ventilator support, airway management, and related respiratory interventions
- Float across departments as needed per facility guidelines
- Complete required learning modules and maintain compliance with all facility standards prior to and during assignment
- Adhere to all background check and compliance requirements throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Minimum of 24 months of RRT experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active Arizona state license to practice, with no disciplinary actions on record
- Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
- All life support certifications must be issued by AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency; Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience highly preferred
- Experience in a large acute-care or tertiary referral center environment
- Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations
