    Respiratory Therapist – Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct respiratory therapy care to patients in an acute-care hospital setting
    • Perform and manage ventilator support, airway management, and related respiratory interventions
    • Float across departments as needed per facility guidelines
    • Complete required learning modules and maintain compliance with all facility standards prior to and during assignment
    • Adhere to all background check and compliance requirements throughout the duration of the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
    • Minimum of 24 months of RRT experience, with experience within the last 12 months
    • Active Arizona state license to practice, with no disciplinary actions on record
    • Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
    • All life support certifications must be issued by AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Valid driver's license required to verify residency; Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel therapy experience highly preferred
    • Experience in a large acute-care or tertiary referral center environment
    • Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations
