Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct respiratory therapy care to patients in an acute-care hospital setting
- Perform and interpret diagnostic respiratory procedures and treatments
- Manage and monitor patients requiring ventilator support and life support interventions
- Float across departments as directed by department guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Minimum of 24 months of RRT experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active Arizona state license to practice with no disciplinary actions on record
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- All life support certifications must be issued by AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Valid driver's license required to verify non-Arizona residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy assignment experience highly preferred
- Experience working in large acute-care, tertiary, or trauma-designated facilities
- Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations
