    Respiratory Therapist – Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

    Contract | Days | Onsite | Weekends and holidays required as needed; float coverage per department guidelines

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services in an acute-care hospital setting, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients with respiratory conditions
    • Operate and manage ventilators and other respiratory support equipment in accordance with facility protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient respiratory care plans
    • Float across departments as needed per department guidelines
    • Complete all required learning modules prior to and during the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
    • Minimum of 24 months of RRT experience, with experience within the last 12 months
    • Active Arizona state license to practice, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
    • Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
    • All life support certifications must be issued by AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Valid driver's license required to verify residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel therapy experience highly preferred
    • Experience working in a large acute-care or tertiary referral hospital environment
    • Familiarity with Level I Trauma Center operations and high-acuity patient populations
