    Job Title

    Respiratory Therapist – Pediatrics / Neuro Diagnostics

    Location

    Memphis, TN | Pediatric Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekends as needed

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services within a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center setting
    • Deliver age-appropriate respiratory care to pediatric patients across applicable units
    • Perform neuro diagnostics and respiratory assessments as required by the care team
    • Maintain compliance with all facility protocols, credentialing requirements, and travel compliance standards
    • Be available to work holidays as required per facility policy (up to 2 of 3 end-of-year holidays if all fall within the assignment period)
    Required Qualifications
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required — CRT not accepted
    • Active Tennessee state license required at time of submission; must be in compliance with NLC guidelines — no pending licenses accepted
    • Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience required
    • Pediatric experience required
    • Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment — first-time travelers are not eligible
    • Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 3 or more years of respiratory therapy experience
    • Experience working in a children's hospital or Level I trauma environment
    • EPIC EMR experience
