Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services within a 225-bed specialty care hospital setting
- Float to the NICU as needed to support patient care across units
- Deliver care across a broad range of service lines including Heart & Vascular, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health
- Perform respiratory assessments, treatments, and interventions in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Willingness and ability to float to the NICU
- Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify as a travel candidate
- Current applicable state licensure or eligibility to practice in Michigan
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a specialty care or large community hospital environment
- Prior NICU respiratory therapy experience
- Familiarity with advanced imaging, surgical, or laboratory service environments
