Contract | Night Shift | Expected 36–40 hours/week; overtime may be available after 40 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge as a member of the interdisciplinary care team in the NICU setting
• Provide and manage respiratory therapy care exclusively for neonatal patients — no adult patients; NICU experience required
• Document patient care and clinical interactions using Epic EMR
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active Wisconsin state license required (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU respiratory therapy experience required
• At least 1 previously completed travel contract required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into an established neonatal care team
