    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform basic and critical respiratory care services for adult and geriatric patients
    • Provide respiratory care for patients with respiratory disease as ordered by the physician and in accordance with current department policies across all phases of respiratory therapy
    • Work independently as well as provide supervision over others as delegated
    • Complete paperwork, electronic medical records, flow sheets, and charges for each patient
    Required Qualifications
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-CRT) credential required
    • Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required in CA
    • Registration or Certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care required
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor required
    • Experience with EPIC electronic medical records required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's Degree preferred
    • Three or more years of technical respiratory therapy experience
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) certification
