Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Days (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | 3x12 Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to adult patients across assigned shifts
- Manage and monitor patients on mechanical ventilation
- Assess, treat, and document patient respiratory status and response to therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain clean and professional appearance in accordance with facility dress code
Required Qualifications
- Active Respiratory Therapist license or certification valid in Nebraska
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Demonstrated experience with mechanical ventilation and adult patient populations
- Must live at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract assignment experience
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in acute care settings
