Key Responsibilities
Provide standard respiratory therapy care including breathing treatments, oxygen checks, and incentive spirometry
Manage and support patients on ventilators, BiPAP, and CPAP
Perform outpatient pulmonary function tests (PFTs) and treadmill stress tests
Participate in a call rotation shared among three Respiratory Therapists, averaging roughly 1–13 shifts per month
Chart and document patient care using Cerner
Wear solid-color scrubs (navy preferred)
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 recent years of Respiratory Therapist experience
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
PALS certification required
NRP certification required
Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) are welcome to apply
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Cerner electronic health records
Familiarity with a broad range of respiratory modalities including vent management and pulmonary diagnostics
Comfort working in a small facility environment with on-call responsibilities
