Key Responsibilities- Provide direct respiratory care services to patients in an acute care setting
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
- Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and respiratory therapy equipment
- Collaborate with the clinical care team to develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in medical records
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC
- Active licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Georgia
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a high-acuity or critical care respiratory environment
- Familiarity with a variety of ventilator management protocols
