Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across ICU, Med/Surg, ER, and NICU (Level 3) settings within a 160-bed facility
• Manage and operate ventilators (PB, Dräger V500), BiPAPs, V60, HHFNC, Hamilton C transport, Oscillator, Jet, Nitric, and Bubble CPAP equipment
• Assist with intubations and bedside bronchoscopies
• Maintain accurate and proficient EMR charting using EPIC
• Manage higher-acuity patient loads with strong time management, including Level 3 NICU assignments
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, supporting varying census and acuity levels

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials required
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
• Level 3 NICU skills with demonstrated proficiency
• Acute care experience in Med/Surg, ER, and ICU settings
• Experience managing BiPAPs, mechanical ventilators, and Heated High Flow units

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-acuity, multi-specialty respiratory therapy role
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR documentation
• Self-motivated, independent work style with the ability to adapt to fluctuating patient loads
• Experience working alongside progressive, fast-paced physician teams
